Cecil released the birds at Gap Mountain Nevada at 8:00 am. He said they went way high and left right away!! It will take them about three hours to fly the 150 miles. I will post the results later today.

I had a last minute chance to come over here to China with Jaap Koehoorn of Holland who is very well know in the Chinese One Loft racing circles.He is helping me attract Chinese fanciers to our races as well as be our correspondent in Holland and Belgium.

I trained Dennis Bedford on the running of the clock so he could do the clocking and download the results on the 100 mile race that was flown last Thursday.This is the first time they were all released together.
Well the day was beautiful the birds bombed in but he didn't start the clock properly!!Sorry!

He reports that all the birds were home within 15 minutes and only two stragglers. He was just sick that he made the mistake. Well it has happened and we have to move on.

I will hand enter all the birds in for the 150 mile race and that will be our starting inventory for everyone to send their race entry fees of $200 per bird.
I will be back at noon the 17th and weather looks great for the 150 mile race on the 18th.I plan on flying the 200 mile race about April 1st so they have 10 days of recoperation if needed before the final race April 12th.We will give them 75 mile tosses in between each race. GOOD LUCK!!

I just got my luggage after waiting 5 days and the computer I brought over is broken!! must have dropped it!!
Things will get better!!
